There is not a separate charge for locking and unlocking the scooter during the ride. Only after the ride is fully ended there will be a charge to start a new trip.

The scooters are rented for a full day and or full charge of the battery whatever comes first. If the scooter run out of battery, it is your responsibility to bring the scooter back to the location from where it was rented. Scooter can be easily folded to transport in the trunk of the car, please view how to fold question for instruction about folding.

On one full charge the scooter provides up to 18 miles of riding.

Currently, scooters cannot be reserved. Scooters can only be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please do not ride the scooter if you find out that there is malfunction with the scooter. Please bring the scooter back to the station by taking a ride sharing service. Bee Mobile will reimburse the cost of the ride back
